  • Orders & Payments

    • All orders placed on our website/through our official channels are considered final.

    • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • Payment must be made in full before order dispatch.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • We ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

    • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

    • Delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

  • Exchange Policy

    • We do not accept cancellations or returns once an order is placed.

    • Only size exchange is permitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for exchange.

    • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping of the product for exchange.

  • Product Information

    • We strive to display colors and product details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

    • All fabrics and embellishments are handcrafted; minor irregularities are part of the beauty of handmade products.

  • Intellectual Property

    • All designs, logos, and content on House of Bafta are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be used without permission.

  • Liability

    • House of Bafta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Modifications

    • House of Bafta reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By accessing and using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 15–20 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacement only (no refunds).

  • Replacement is applicable only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.

  • Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team with order details and images of the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging to be eligible for replacement.

3. Product Disclaimer

  • All our products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen display settings or fabric characteristics.

  • Such variations will not be considered as defects for replacement.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 24 hours of confirmation.
